I had a very good experience with mike very helpfully and I passed my test first time very happy and would recommend him 100% I am doing my motorway lesson tonight and it's free as I passed my test today? Mike is an amazing instructor! He was incredibly patient with me and is very knowledgeable. He is proficient in both the Theory and Practical aspects of obtaining a drivers license.

Whether you're a first-time learner or need some extra lessons after failing a test in the past, we use our expertise and experience to help get rid of any worries, nerves or uncertainties.

If you are a complete beginner, you would generally expect to need between 25 and 44 hours of professional driving instruction, before being test-ready.
The majority of people like to drive for an hour at a time, but we do offer longer lessons of 2, 3 or 4 hours, if that's what you would prefer.
Short breaks would, of course, be included in the longer driving lessons.
The frequency of lessons is entirely up to you and are arranged, according to your preference and my availability.
We generally recommend 2-3 hours tuition per week for optimum progress, but if you can only manage 1 hour in a week, that's not a problem.

Q1 - Open the bonnet and explain how you would check the oil level of the engine?
A1 - Take out a dipstick, wipe it with a cloth, put it back and take it out again.
The oil level should be between minimum and maximum markers.
Level should not be lower than from minimum as it will cause some parts of the engine not properly oiled.
Q2 - Open the bonnet, identify where you would check the level of the engine coolant and tell me how you would check that its level is correct.

Mike was my instructor after I came to him from another driving school as had failed my first driving exam in May. He helped me tremendously by assessing my driving to see weaker areas to work on and stating my strengths which built my confidence up. After only 10 hours with him I passed this week and with zero minors! This is the instructor you go to if looking for someone professional, patient, who gives feedback after every lesson, and does what he can to help you pass with flying colours! Thank you
