Services
Once you are 16 you can get off to a flying start with the Under 17 Driving Course run by North Avon Driving Instructors Association (NADIA) in association with South Gloucestershire Council's Road Safety Team.
This is a six week course comprising of 6 theory sessions and 6 hours practical experience.
The theory session are held in Yate Library on a Thursday evening from 6:45pm to 8:15pm.
These sessions will include useful information in helping with the theory test, skills and knowledge to improve your experience on the road and tips to keeping a good attitude when faced with tricky situations.
This is a six week course comprising of 6 theory sessions and 6 hours practical experience.

The Pass Plus course is designed to help you do this safely by giving you more specific training in certain critical skills.
As a learner you do not currently have the opportunity to experience motorway driving.
Also, you may not have experienced difficult weather conditions or city driving as part of your previous lessons.
Learning the necessary skills from a trained professional will mean that this important information could reduce the risk of you being involved in a road traffic collision.
